Eating head to toe in Nanjing by Audrey Kupen

In KILROY's first series of documentary shorts, we follow modern day explorers on their quests abroad. 

We travel with Danish chef Rasmus Jonasson to Nanjing, China in search of the authentic Chinese cuisine. From the infamous thousand-year-old egg to snacking on duck brain and chicken fetus, Rasmus gets to munch on some of the most challenging Chinese delicacies.

My role: Client; managing concept from creation, production, and through to the final edit and media activation. Production: Virtue Scandinavia.
